Quick photoshoot with Grandma Pam before church.
K back to the bday girlie.
Climbing with Mando.
Miss Overcast showed up with a treat for Carma!
Quinn and Leila facetimed to say happy bday and nothing weird happened.
Mando was gifted with some Barbies and looks thrilled.
School besties: Lailah, Mia, Ona, and meeeee.
Okay but how cute that a little duck family wandered through East Valley parking lot?
Columbia's graduates walked through the school and I got to cheer for the sweetest Carlita, aka Carma's bestie from boys and girls club!
Graffiti on my white board ;).
OH man this is probably one of the funniest things ever. Rigsby told me and Loman that he wouldn't be at school the next day because he was heading on a zoo field trip with his wife's elemetary school class. Loman and I were joking about how we'd like to go to the zoo and we should just ask Rigsby what time the bus would stop by to get us for the field trip, and then we joked around some more and one of us (I think it was Loman) said, "We should just show up at his house in the morning and tell him we didn't want to miss the bus."
So we did.
Loman and I at this point had never actually been invited to the Rigsby home. I think I had the address through semi-sketchy means.
We took this picture and sent it with the following text:
6:35am: "Hey Rigsby, we got worried we would miss the bus so we decided just to meet here. We have our lunches, I did forget sunscreen, I'm hoping you guys have extra?"6:38am: ".... Rigsby?"
At this point we were slightly concerned about neighbors calling the police on us for loitering, so we took a couple more pictures and bounced... right as Rigsby came out into his front yard hahahahaha. We waved and went to work haha.
More graffiti.
Work in the portables.... for which we reallllly needed a truck.
Luckily we talked a truck owner into handing us the keys!
Soooo we drove it around to the back of the school to move a bunch of stuff.
I drove the truck so Ryker did all the other manual labor.
Still pretty impressed with myself for getting Matt to give me his truck keys. I'm a legend.
Clyde already enjoying his "Sentinel" parking spot by the FFA building:
Pedro! Genuinely one of my favorite kids:
We were actually shocked that he didn't want to take a picture with us ;).
Carma June photo shoot after church:
One picture has to be in the tree, it's a rule.
Getting a Clyde vibe from this... maybe Jack? The three of us are the Toaster Struedel fans in the house.
Rylee... every day after school she walks to her bus and yells Izatt at me and I yell Rylee at her from the top of the hill.
Dramatic selfie later at home once I had crashed on the couch.
Present for meeeeee from Audra:
Chuck.... who spent the entire month at work or up on a ladder painting. I don't deserve him.
Chuck is also the reason our girlie girl got a pink room. I said, no, pick something more neutral. Chuck said, yes, which exact shade of pink do you want? haha.
totally random, but your friendly reminder that Sharon McMahon is the best at explaining things:
Our offices miiiiight have been the scene of a crime haha:
Did I cry while taking all of those pictures? Maybe.
Wrote in a million yearbooks, only took a picture of this one I think. Saying bye to Mia E (now B) was sooo hard, especially when the last afternoon of school turned out much different than we imagined ;).
Oh my gosh, Ryker and Don matched:
Also got emotional sitting in the back seat while Clyde and Will occupied driver and passenger seats. I have a distinct memory of them being little and playing in the car and front yard and me picturing this in their future.
Okay, not actually sure who the little girl next to Carma is but she was really insistent on being in the pictures with us haha.
AND a random run-in with Jaidyn at Walmart. Just because she's ditching East Valley doesn't mean she can get rid of me haha!
