Will is NINE (and almost three quarters...)

Our silly, funny, brilliant Will.i.am turned 9 at the end of March!
Fun fact: Will and Emilie's birthdays are a day apart (she's older... and wiser...) and last year on Will's birthday they were both baptized. This year on Emilie's birthday they headed to the same church building to sing as part of the musical number at another stake baptism! These two are good buddies and we're so glad.

Sunday evening Will joined me into the kitchen to make a red velvet cake - his choice. He was also helpful in the general design - the candles make the shape of a 9 and I have no idea what the yellow sprinkles are - maybe a banana, aka Will's favorite word to randomly yell out haha?
Grandma and Grandpa had just arrived in town with Eli and Bri, so Chuck and Lee tag teamed the candles as only two pyromaniac brothers could :).

Yayyyy Willy boy!

Later that week Will had his well-being check and Carma (and her Easter hat hahahaha) came along AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY MATCHED:
Which was perfect because these two are so funnily similar. I catch Carma making facial expressions all the time that remind me sosososo much of Will. I love it.

I also love this series of pictures of the two kids giggling - Carma kept trying to kiss Will only to get rebuffed... with another attempt coming soon after:

Will brings a lot of laughter into our family - he's famous... and infamous... for creating his own wordplay jokes and riddles. Sometimes they're SO clever and sometimes we send him back to the drawing board ;). Will is genuine and logical and a little sponge for information and so devious (grrrr) and we love him more than we can say and we're thrilled he's 9!
